All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse via DHL Express and  standard international mail.

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (Australian eastern standard time), Monday to Friday. Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 48 hours from the following Monday.

Shipping charges will be calculated and estimated time frames given at checkout depending on your zone. All orders are fully tracked.

The time frames below are estimated between metropolitan areas of major cities and act as a guide only. 

The timeframe below is in business days and it is an average, not a guarantee.

The timeframes we have provided are not inclusive of any delays that may occur through customs processing, which are out of our control.

Any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with your purchase from Somerfield Swim are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state. It is suggested you contact your local customs department if you are unsure if any taxes or fees are relevant to you. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer care team at info@somerfieldswim.com.

All parcels sent with DHL Express require a signature on delivery. If you request authority to leave without a signature, you release DHL and Somerfield Swim from all liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering the shipment according to your request.

If you are not home to receive your package and cannot organise an alternative address or pick up, or if you choose to reject or refuse delivery for any reason, do not comply with requests to assist with customs clearance your parcel will be returned to us incurring a $45.00 fee. The fee involved in returning an item to Somerfield Swim will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, this excludes Australian public holidays. The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable.

Somerfield Swim holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit.
